Domestic and International Shipping Policy



Shipment processing time:

In most cases all products are made upon request so the production time is typically 10-30 business days. For custom orders production time can differ; we always get in touch with you to discuss the details. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (this also includes Hungarian holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.



Services:

Our products are shipped in high protection packaging using delivery services from TNT, UPS, GLS, FedEx.



Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes:

WE ON WOOD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your destination country. Such additional charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur -and WE ON WOOD assumes no responsibility for these!



Packing:

We pack our products in several layers of foil and then in stretchable foil. We put everything in strong, high-quality cardboard boxes and cover them with several layers of stretch film. The hollow spaces are filled with polystyrene or/and kraft paper.
