Warranty

We give 1 year warranty for all products purchased in our webshop (counting from the date of receipt). The warranty is valid for intended use only.

WE ON WOOD assumes no responsibility for material damages or personal injuries resulting from improper use.

Basic information regarding intended use:

- The intended use of our products is meant indoors, between 10-40 degrees Celsius, with normal humidity.

- Our products are not waterproof.

- Professional assembly of furniture is essential for proper use. Our products must be assembled based on the attached instructions.

- Cleaning of our products must follow instructions provided along with the furniture.

- Consideration and observance of maximum load capacity.

In case of any deviance from the above basic information, the fact of intended use can be ruled out. The resulting errors, material damages, and personal injuries cannot from the basis for any warranty claims.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

- Damage resulting from shipping

- Damage resulting from force majeure

- Surface wear resulting from use

- Unprofessional repair

- Any modification to the technical characteristics of the product

- Improper cleaning and maintenance habits

- Too much weight load

In the case of warranty claims arising from those listed here, we are unable to accept the complaint.

The warranty is valid in the following cases:

- Deformation of the furniture proceeding from inadequate material quality which makes it impossible to use the furniture

- Incomplete surface treatment 

- Glued components coming/opening apart

The maximum load capacity of our wall-mounted products:

Shelves: 5 kg

Nightstands: 5 kg

Floating desks: 7 kg

The maximum load capacity of our standing products:

Nightstands: 5 kg

Desks: 10 kg

Sideboards: 20 kg
