What are the products made of?
This strongly depends on the specific product - typically you will find the following in its name or description: solid wood, plywood, MDF.
The surface treatment can be hard wax balm, hard oil, water-based varnish or enamel paint
Will I receive the exact same product that I see in the picture?
The technical characteristics of all products available in the webshop are the same as those shown in the pictures and in the description of the given product. The design, texture, shade, color, tones of the solid wood parts may differ from those shown in the pictures - just as no two trees are the same, no two surfaces or textures made of wood are the same.
What is a "french-cleat"?
A simple "wedge" structure made of wooden components, one of which is mounted on the wall and the other is mounted on the furniture. These two pieces are "against" each other; they lock together - this is how the furniture is fixed to the wall.

How much weight can a piece of furniture with a French cleat bear?
It may vary per construction, in all cases the maximum load capacity can be found in the product description. Maximum load capacity is understood for professionally fixed furniture and is appropriate for intended use. In the case of custom-sized furniture, the load capacity may vary. WE ON WOOD assumes no responsibility in case of personal injury and property damage, if these can be caused by improper fixing and/or improper use.
How to keep the furniture clean?
Furniture surfaces can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. After cleaning, the surfaces must be wiped dry with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using rough sponges and aggressive scrubbing agents!
Waxed and oiled surfaces are recommended to be cleaned with cleaning agents manufactured for this purpose.

How can I pay?
In the webshop you can pay by bank card via Stripe. If necessary, payment can also be made by bank transfer, please contact us and we will explain the details.
When will I receive my order?
We are working at full capacity to have all series-produced products in stock, but due to the growing demand, this is often not possible. When ordering a product in stock, the package typically arrives within 10 working days within the EU, 15 working days outside the EU. Products in stock within Hungary can be picked up within 2-3 working days.
If the ordered product is not in stock, it takes 20 working days to receive it within the EU, 20-30 working days outside the EU. Within Hungary, the production and delivery time is typically 15 days.
Express production and delivery service can be requested in all cases, but a fee will apply and prices are higher than the normal price. We can provide more information via e-mail.

In which countries can the products on the webshop be ordered?
We manufacture and deliver furniture to all countries of the world.
How are the products packaged?
After cleaning, the furniture is covered with stretch film, after which each unit is also covered with 3 layers of bubble film. We place the furniture in cardboard boxes with gaps around them. The boxes are also covered with stretchable foil on the outside.
